The Executive Board is an advisory body comprised of LCDC’s Officers, Subcommittee Chairs, District Leaders, State Committee members, past Chairpersons, and Democratic elected state and county officials.

Subcommittees lead and oversee targeted areas of the Lancaster County Democratic Committee’s administration. Each Subcommittee Chairperson is a member of the Executive Board. Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee

The Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee (PADSC) is the governing body of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party. PADSC members, elected to four-year terms, meet several times yearly to elect party leadership, hold nominating conventions, pass a party platform, and help lead organizing efforts all across the Commonwealth. Local District Committees

District Committees are subdivisions of the county created by the Executive Committee to administer the county party at the local level. Districts are divided along school district boundaries, with a few exceptions. Each District Committee elects a Chair, referred to as the District Leader, who also serves on LCDC’s Executive Board.
