The Executive Board, charged with administering the functions of the County Committee, is comprised of the elected Officers, State Committee persons, District Leaders, and Subcommittee chairs.
Districts are subdivisions of the county created by the Executive Board to administer the County party at local level. With some exceptions, Lancaster County is divided by school district boundaries.
LCDC has six Constituency Caucuses which help organize voters within their respective communities.
